| Finding Quality Car Cleaning Products |
|
My brother is a fanatic about cleaning and detailing his car. His garage is completely filled with car cleaning products. I mean filled with them!
He has detailing rags, 3m cleaning products, hoses, brushes, rags – the works. I have never seen so many car detailing products in one place. Even car washes don't have such extensive supplies. The funny thing is that he doesn't really drive his car around very much. It is not particularly a valuable car. It is a nice sports car, but it is not vintage. It is no more valuable than any other American muscle car to come out in the last couple years. Yet he acts as if a single speck of dust might ruin its value forever. One time I was over and one of his kids, without thinking about it, put his hand upon the hood of the car. My brother immediately threw a fit. I have never seen him so enraged. It is like he cared more about that car than his own kid. His priorities are really out of whack. Someone needs to talk to him! Nonetheless, whenever I have an issue with the way my car looks, I ask him about it. Not only does he know all about car cleaning products, but he knows all about body maintenance as well. When he was in a minor fender bender, instead of taking his car into a body shop he did all the work himself. Using his car detailing products, he was able to completely cover up the ding that was done to his door. He pulled out the dent in the door himself, then repainted it. By the time he was done with the car cleaning products, you could not even tell that any damage had been done. His supplies do seem excessive to me, but he insists that every car cleaning product has its purpose. He has car wax products for putting on a protective coat over the body of the car, car detailed products for cleaning up the dashboard and the doors, and car washing products. The funny thing is that his whole house is a mess, but his car cleaning products are organized obsessively. Everything is in the perfect place at all times. Nothing is ever out of place. There are even labels on the wall to tell where all the car cleaning products go. It really is pretty scary if you think about it. No one should be that obsessed over his car! |
