The Story of My 1977 Ford Truck

When I first bought my 1977 Ford truck, I thought that I would have my work cut out for me. It was a repo Ford truck which I got at a government auction. It did not look to be in the best shape.

I was aware that the 1977 Ford F150 was a good, solidly made truck, but even still I was a bit discouraged by the appearance. It had rust spots, paint chips, dents and dings. It only cost me a few hundred dollars, but I figured I would have to pay hundreds more just to get it working right. Was I mistaken!

My brother is a fanatic about cleaning and detailing his car. His garage is completely filled with car cleaning products. I mean filled with them!

He has detailing rags, 3m cleaning products, hoses, brushes, rags – the works. I have never seen so many car detailing products in one place. Even car washes don't have such extensive supplies.

I am the biggest bargain hunter you will ever meet. I have friends who insist on taking me shopping with them whenever they are about to make a major purchase.

I have a passion for car shopping. I see that there is a sale going on with some excellent car deals and I'm making a list of things that are wrong with my current vehicle.
